Privacy Policy

Most privacy policies are written to protect companies. This one is written to tell you what actually happens with your information when you use this site. It's a short read, because there isn't much to tell.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form, we get what you typed. Your name, your email, and your message. If you add your business name or phone number, we get those too.
That's the whole list. No accounts to create. No tracking pixels watching you read.
What we do with it
We read your message and we reply. That's it.
Behind the scenes, the form sends your message to our inbox as an email. Resend handles the sending. Google hosts the inbox. Cloudflare hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, the kind every website host keeps for security. Each of those companies has its own privacy policy, and each one only touches your message long enough to deliver it.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information. We don't rent it. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for. We don't run ad trackers, and this site doesn't set cookies.
If that ever changes, this page changes first.
How long we keep it
Your message sits in our inbox like any other email. We keep it as long as the conversation is useful, the same way you'd keep a letter from someone you might work with.
Your choices
Want your information deleted? Email hello@kairosconsultingco.com and ask. We'll delete it and confirm when it's done. No forms, no hoops.
Kids
This site is for business owners, not children. It isn't directed at anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes right here with a new date at the top. We won't change it quietly.
